Any project engagement is governed by detailed, individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed separately between both parties.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Boundaries
All custom components, designs, visual assets, software repositories, and backend databases created specifically for your company are transferred to your ownership upon complete execution of contract parameters, as documented in individual service agreements. Generic design system models and proprietary boilerplate engines remain the property of Kohkan Tech.
3. Digital Security Compliance
Clients must maintain precise, valid email contacts when submitting project scopes through our online contact console. You agree not to submit malicious strings, automated payloads, or spam metrics into our technical parameter loggers.
4. Dynamic Policy Modifications
We update these terms to conform to regional service requirements. Continued engagement with our services constitutes active acceptance of any revised parameters.
